Stanford boasts one of the nation's top men's foil duos in sophomore Alexander Massialas (left) and senior Turner Caldwell (right), products of the same Bay-Area club. Massialas, a 2012 Olympian, won the 2013 NCAA men's foil title while the three-time All-American Caldwell was the 2012 NCAA runner-up (losing in the final to Ohio State's Zain Shaito).
