IVY LEAGUE SWEEPS
A school has swept the Ivy League round-robin men's and women's titles in the same year 14 times (spanning 29 years, dating back to 1982) – with there being only nine times that the same school won both titles outright in the same season:

1983 – Penn
1989 – Columbia
1990 – Columbia
1991 – Columbia
1993 – Columbia
2000 – Princeton
2006 – Harvard
2008 – Columbia
2010 – Princeton

notes: all of the teams listed above were 5-0, except for the 2000 Princeton men (4-0) and the women's champions in 2006, '08, '10 (each 6-0) ... in 24 years from 1982-2005, a school swept both Ivy League titles outright only six times – but it then happened in three of the past five years ...  there have been five instances when a school won the Ivy League women's title outright and was the men's co-champion/tri-champs: 1996 (Yale), 2001 (Princeton; tri-champs), 2003 (Columbia), 2005 (Harvard) and 2007 (Columbia).
